Suneet Chadha
Suneet leads our mission to be the most client-centric engineering and manufacturing partner in MedTech—one that listens harder, thinks deeper, and builds smarter. Under his leadership, HiArc is transforming how complex medical technologies are brought to life, by fusing design, engineering, and manufacturing into a seamless, collaborative process, accelerating time to market for our clients.
With over 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation in the Analytical, Life Sciences and Diagnostics tools space, Suneet brings deep expertise in building high-performance businesses around customer needs. He has held P&L management roles for global multi-site businesses, along with functional leadership across strategy, commercial, operations, and R&D. Prior to HiArc, he held senior executive roles at PerkinElmer, where in his last role led a ~$1B instrumentation, consumables & services business segment, shaping portfolio transformation and innovation pipeline. He has also held P&L leadership roles at Idex, Spectro and Foster-Miller (now part of QinetiQ), consistently repositioning businesses for long-term success in high-growth, technology-driven markets.
Suneet received his Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island.
