Roger Rhynehart
Roger Rhynehart leads HiArc's Operations team. This department covers a broad number of functions, including Customer Service, Operational Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production. As a group, we engage early in the development cycle to improve manufacturability, continue to support right through launch, and either through scaling volumes or successful transfers to our clients preferred low-cost Contract Manufacturer. Roger has over 17 years’ Manufacturing experience having held several leadership positions over the last 8 years within HiArc. His background is in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master’s in Global business. He is focused on the Manufacturability of our designs and specifically how robust our DFM efforts are as we seek to successfully transition our development programs into Operations.
