Director of Finance, HiArc

Kelly Manlogon, MBA

Kelly is the Director of Finance at HiArc. Prior to joining HiArc, Kelly held several positions focusing on corporate financial planning and analysis, program finance, proposal estimation, contract management and negotiations. In her current role she is responsible for leading financial operations, developing and executing strategic financial plans that drive business growth and profitability, collaborating cross-functionally to mitigate risk and ensure financial strategies align with overall corporate objectives. Over her career Kelly has completed the Financial Leadership Development program in 2005 at BAE Systems, and most recently in 2019 a nominee for Outstanding Employee of the year award from Elbit Systems of America. Kelly earned her MBA in 2005 from The University of New Hampshire in Manchester, NH, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH in 2002.
