Manager, Human Resources, HiArc

Barbara Desmond

Barbara is the Manager, Human Resources for HiArc, through our parent company, Elbit America. Barbara has been with the Elbit America for 19 years in varying capacities and has been practicing Human Resources for 30+ years. Prior to joining the company, she held several Human Resources leadership positions at design and manufacturing companies in the medical and automation industries. In her current role, Barbara is responsible for partnering with HiArc leadership to plan and deliver human resources programs and services that support Hiarc’s business objectives to include attracting and retaining top talent. Barbara earned her BS in Business Management from UMASS Lowell and is a current member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
