Andrew Sageman, BSEE
Andy is the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance at HiArc. He comes to HiArc with over 25 years of Quality Leadership, Quality Engineering, and Project Management experience in the medical device industry.
Andy’s career includes a broad range of quality expertise that spans the entire product lifecycle from concept inception though full-scale manufacturing. Andy is motivated by bringing innovative products to the market that improve people’s health and well-being. During his career, Andy has provided quality leadership, quality engineering, and project management support for the design, development and commercialization of cardiac output monitoring systems and implantable heart valves for cardiac patients, Laser Vision Correction systems for Lasik surgery, and In vitro diagnostics (IVD) products to detect, monitor, or diagnose various diseases or health conditions.
In his current role Andy is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance functions at HiArc to ensure that the performance and quality of products conforms to established industry regulations and standards necessary to maintain lasting customer satisfaction with efficient, cost-effective, and timely operations.
Andy earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
